All prices include VAT, and we will verify the accuracy of prices during the sales process to ensure you are informed of the correct amount before the contract is finalised. Additionally, a delivery charge will apply should you not meet the minimum spend to obtain free delivery.You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and we can take payment immediately. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 7- Discount code
Exciting news! Shop By Faith has provided you with a discount code. Please be aware of the following terms and conditions associated with this code: it is exclusively valid for online orders and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless specified. The discount does not apply to custom-made items or products already on sale or clearance. The promotion allows you to save on new orders placed through our website, but we reserve the right to reject any orders if we determine the code is invalid. Additionally, only one discount code may be used per order. In the case of returns, refunds will reflect the discounted price rather than the original retail price, and if only part of the order is returned, the refund will be based on the discounted value at the time of purchase. Should the promotion still be active during a return, you may reorder using the original code. Please note that we may update these terms and conditions at any time
Section 8 - Order process
Shop by Faith Sellers have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of products that appear at their stores. We
cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied.
In the case of any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.
All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
We can make changes to the Goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.
The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.
The display of products on our website is considered an "invitation to treat" rather than a binding offer. A contract between you and us will only be established once we accept your order following the outlined process. To complete a purchase, you must add desired items to your shopping cart,
proceed to checkout, select a delivery method, confirm your order and acceptance of these terms, and then complete your payment through our
payment service provider. After processing your order, we will send you an initial acknowledgement, and once we verify your order, we will confirm the transaction.
To fulfill your order, we will either send you an order confirmation, which will establish a binding contract, or notify you via email if we are unable to fulfill your request. Before finalising your order, you will have the chance to review and correct any input errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Section 9 - Deliveries
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Thursday and is closed on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Thursdays, as well as those made on Fridays and weekends, will be processed the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. We will arrange for the delivery of your purchased products to the address you provide during checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, however please allow up to three working days of confirmation. Once dispatched, the delivery process is beyond our control. Please note that we only deliver to addresses within the UK.

Section 10 - Cancellations
You have the right to cancel any contract made through our website within 30 days of placing your order. To initiate a cancellation, please notify us of your decision in writing within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at contactus@shopbyfaith.co.uk Products must be returned to Shop By Faith at 13 Frognal Place, DA14 6LR, or (upon agreement) handed over to an authorised representative
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then (unless it is an exemption) you must obtain authorisation and send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when you receive them and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract and it is accepted, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to
your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT you have taken reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any untracked parcels that may be lost or delayed by Royal Mail or other courier services.
Depending on the reason for the return, you may also be offered store credit. Please also read our returns policy in conjunction with our terms and
conditions.
Section 11- Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
● We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods or capacity to provide the services you have ordered.
● We do not deliver to your area; or One or more of the goods or services you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
We maintain the right to decline any order you place with us. At our discretion, we may impose limits or cancel orders based on the quantity purchased by an individual, household, or order. These limitations can apply to orders made through the same customer account, credit card, or those sharing a billing and/or shipping address. Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict orders that we believe are made by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account details, including your email and credit card information, to ensure smooth transaction processing and communication. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged mto offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.

By utilising this website, you acknowledge that the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflict of laws principles, will govern these terms and any disputes that may arise between you and Shop BY Faith or its affiliates. Any disputes related to your use of this website or products purchased from us will be resolved through arbitration informally or through the courts and tribunal systems within the United Kingdom.
We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints in the following way: If a dispute occurs customers should contact us directly to find a solution. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 5 days.

You acknowledge that these tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or endorsements, and we accept no liability for your use of them. This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Shop by Faith and the user, superseding all previous agreements regarding website usage.

We will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver the goods or services you have ordered, nor for any delays or damages to the delivered goods that arise from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, system breakdowns, network access issues, floods, fires, explosions, or accidents
